PDFLab is designed to process PDF files locally within your browser. Your files are not transmitted to our servers, and we do not store document content of any kind.

We do not collect:

The content of any files you process
Personal identification information (name, email, account data)
Payment information

We may collect, in anonymised form:

Page views and general navigation patterns (no user identification)
Tool usage counts (e.g., “Merge PDF was used N times”)
Browser type and general device category (for optimisation)

3. File Processing

PDFLab processes your documents using browser APIs running on your device. When the processing engine is complete, no file content will transit our servers under any circumstances.

When you close the browser tab, all file data held in browser memory is cleared. We do not retain, cache, or back up file content at any layer of the application.

4. Cookies

PDFLab uses only functional cookies necessary for the application to operate (e.g., session preferences). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Third Parties

We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use privacy-respecting analytics services that collect only aggregated, anonymised data. We will disclose any such services here as they are integrated.

6. Children

PDFLab is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new “Last updated” date.
